Show Rules and Information
Your booth fee is $40.00 for members in good standing and $50.00 for non members per space (unless additional space is requested) and due by the day of the show before set-up. It can be paid by check or online via credit card. 
Please make your check out to “Michigan Artisans” and note “booth fee” in the memo space.

If you cannot mail your check in or would like to make alternative arrangements for paying your booth fee please email info@michigan‐artisans.org

• Acceptance into Youtique is not automatic. Current Michigan Artisans Boutique Vendors will be given first consideration.
• Each Vendor will be provided one 6 foot by 5 foot booth space ONLY upon receipt of booth fee. Once a vendor is assigned a space, they cannot be re-assigned. This is out of fairness to all vendors. If you have special requests for your space, please let us know prior to the booth assignments on November 23rd. These spaces will be marked out before the show. 
• Vendors are required to bring their own table, table cover, display and any equipment they may need. 
• While Michigan Artisans may have volunteers on hand, they are not able to help load and unload merchandise due to legal reasons. 
• Vendors cannot put items in the main walkway. Our show is on the main path for several other events: We cannot impede the flow of traffic.
• Old Main is a historical building. Unfortunately this means you cannot mount any items on the walls. If your product or signage requires a vertical display, please plan accordingly with easels and displays.
• Vendors are required to man their booth the entire duration of the show. If you are alone, we may have volunteers to watch your booth for short durations for food or ‘eco’ breaks, but your booth is your responsibility. Michigan Artisans cannot be responsible for any lost or missing items.
• Please keep in mind that the event is for several hours. Food will not be provided. 
• Vendors are responsible for any and all damage their items or display may cause to the space. Please be careful while setting up your space and displays. 
  
• Vendors are required to be at the show the whole duration of the show. Vendors who pack up early, or arrive late may not be accepted in future shows. Vendors are required to be at the show location during the set up period until the show time is closed.
